7. Any service calls will be scheduled within the point of contact date. The appointment shall be agreed upon within ten working days
by both parties for the most effective date and time.
8. If there has been any property damage, you may need to consult your homeowner’s insurance policy for any claims.
Appliance issues may need to be evaluated by the warranty technician.
If the damage was caused directly by the service technician’s negligent actions,
The Liability insurance of the technician will be notified by the service company. (Thomas Property Services) for any claims.
9. Payment is Due upon Completion. There is no charge for an evaluation or service call. Services rendered under point of personal contact to service address and completion of the task.
10. Labor Warranty is Limited For 30 Days After Completion of Work Has Been Completed.
